Made a yummy dinner tonight for some friends! We cooked some tomato basil flavored pasta noodles and threw in some sautéed sweet peppers, green onions and lean turkey sausage. For the sauce I just made an olive oil based sauce by mincing 2 large garlic cloves, basil, parsley and sprinkled some cayenne pepper (because we didn’t have red pepper flakes sadly) into 1/4 cup of olive oil. I think I could have made more of the sauce and added some salt/pepper, but it was still good. We also roasted some broccoli with olive oil and Parmesan cheese in the oven as well, which may be my new favorite way of eating veggies!! Delicious!
