Found this recipe the other day and decided I had to try it as a dessert to serve for a friend gathering tonight and it may just be one of my new favorite desserts ever!
The shortbread crust with rosemary is perfect and the Rosemary + grapefruit together is also an awesome flavor combination… Wish I thought of it myself! For the recipe, though, I used half butter and half coconut oil and they turned out great. Not to mention they look nice too! 🙂
