Don’t throw away your pumpkins after Halloween! I have found so many great pumpkin purée recipes to make that it’s hard to narrow them down!
Today, I decided to try this simple pumpkin soup recipe from The Minimalist Baker–especially because it takes up a lot of pumpkin purée, and I have a LOT of it to use up!
It was definitely different, but very good! Perfect recipe as its starting to get real chilly outside. 🙂
