Naturally due to the fact that there are piles of Thanksgiving leftovers in the fridge, I had to come up with an idea to incorporate some of them in my breakfast this morning! After lots of thought I decided to continue last weekend’s waffle theme and make some stuffing waffles. All I did was take a couple large spoonfuls of stuffing in a bowl and cracked an egg in there plus poured a splash of vegetable broth in and stirred it all together. Then I threw them into the waffle iron, topped them with some turkey and gravy and let the tastebuds experience a taste of thanksgiving breakfast heaven! They were great!
