Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

Had some friends over for dinner tonight and my sister was craving some chicken pot pie, so we made everyone this chicken pot pie casserole dish. It was a good dish to make because I made the chicken & veggie filling ahead of time and then just baked the crusts and veggies quickly tonight, so it was easy to throw together after preparing the filling in advance. Speaking of the filling, I used corn instead of carrots and it worked very nicely!
