I just got back from going to Rivne and Kiev, Ukraine for a week, which surprisingly had some of the greatest meals of my trip! There, I tried a new specialty Ukrainian dessert called “Halva.” I made dinner for my family tonight and decided to try and recreate some Halva for them to try as a dessert. Here’s the recipe I used:
It wasn’t 100% the same as what I had in Ukraine, but pretty similar and still very good! Would definitely make this again, especially because it took all of 5 minutes to make!
