For dinner throughout the week, I made a slow cooker gumbo recipe to throw in the fridge.
I stayed on the cheap side and passed on the shrimp (although I know it would have made it that much better with some shrimp in it!), but even without the shrimp it is really tasty! The only thing I would change in the future is to use a chicken breast instead of thighs because cleaning the thigh compared to a chicken breast was a huge pain and took forever!! Glad I made this recipe though and am happily saving it for the future.
