My sister is feeding my sourdough starter while I am down for the summer after having hip surgery. She has made some sourdough discard recipes with the discard, and this is so far our favorite–sourdough scones!!

The flavor is so rich and tasty–you can definitely taste a subtle sourdough which I love. She also added sea salt caramel chops and heath toffee bits in the scones instead of chocolate chips, and I love the combination! I’m sure we will be making lots of these in the future with my sourdough discard!!
